Our monthly subscription service provides ongoing financial planning consultations, personalised advice, budget analysis, and strategic guidance for a fixed monthly fee of $250 AUD.
Services include monthly consultations, email support, plan updates, and access to financial planning resources, but do not constitute formal financial advice as defined under Australian financial services regulations.
Your Responsibilities as a Client
As a subscriber to our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your financial situation
- Attend scheduled consultations or provide reasonable notice of cancellation
- Pay subscription fees on time and maintain current payment information
- Use our services in accordance with these terms and applicable laws
- Notify us promptly of any changes to your contact information or circumstances
Prohibited Uses and Restrictions
You may not use our services for any of the following purposes:
- Any illegal activities or purposes that violate Australian or international laws
- Sharing your account access or subscription benefits with unauthorised third parties
- Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce our proprietary planning methodologies
- Using our services to compete with us or develop competing financial planning services
- Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff or other clients

All content, methodologies, reports, and materials provided through our service are the intellectual property of elystranovaq Financial Planning Services and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may use materials provided for your personal financial planning purposes only and may not distribute, reproduce, or commercialise any proprietary content without written permission.

Payment Terms and Subscription Management
Your subscription fee of $250 AUD per month is charged in advance and includes all consultation services, email support, and plan updates.
- Monthly fees are charged automatically on the same date each month unless cancelled
- All prices include GST and are subject to change with 30 days written notice
- You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or cancellation fees
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claims arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount of subscription fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
In no event shall our total liability exceed $3,000 AUD, and we shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Indemnification by Client
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or any actions taken based on the guidance we provide.

We are committed to resolving any disputes efficiently and fairly through the following mechanisms:
Arbitration Process
Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation may be submitted to binding arbitration under Australian arbitration rules.
Arbitration will be conducted in Australia by a qualified arbitrator experienced in financial services disputes.
External Dispute Resolution
As a licensed financial services provider, we participate in the Australian Financial Complaints Authority external dispute resolution scheme.

Termination of Services
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Termination takes effect at the end of your current monthly billing cycle.
Upon termination, you will retain access to services through your final paid month, after which access to consultations and support will cease.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
Severability and Enforceability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and elystranovaq Financial Planning Services regarding our services.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable laws, or business practices.
We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes via email or website notification, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
